Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

3. Orders and Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from The Tidy Paw.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, product availability, shipping restrictions, or suspected unauthorized resale.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted to thetidypawco@gmail.com within one (1) hour of placing your order.

Cancellation is available only for orders that have not yet been fulfilled. Because orders may begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

If an order can no longer be cancelled, you may request an eligible return after receiving it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Products purchased through The Tidy Paw are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

4. Prices, Payments, and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, product availability, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors as permitted by law.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be shown during checkout.

Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms. If specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amounts associated with your purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates provided by The Tidy Paw are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate shipping information and assist customers when delivery problems arise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our Return & Refund Policy contains important information regarding our 30-day return period, return eligibility, return shipping costs, damaged or defective products, hygiene-related products, refunds, and order cancellations.

The content available through The Tidy Paw, including our name, logos, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, website design, product descriptions, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to The Tidy Paw and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

The Tidy Paw name, logos, designs, product names, slogans, and other brand identifiers may not be copied or used without our prior written permission where such permission is required by law.

You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TIDY PAW AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

THIS MAY INCLUDE, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR SIMILAR LOSSES.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, portions of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Tidy Paw and its affiliates, service providers, contractors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify The Tidy Paw for claims resulting solely from our own unlawful conduct or negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Tennessee.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights regarding jurisdiction or venue that cannot lawfully be waived.
